so the 3rd leg of our honeymoon sees us in Phuket where the weather is blisteringly hot and the food is amazingly good. Like, regardless of what TripAdvisor says, most cafes/restaurants will serve really decent yummy food just because this is a nation that gets good cooking and good food.
That said, this post ain’t about the food as the actual inspiration is the sight of an Indian woman flopping around the pool in a shower cap…. -.- now, I’m not being racist, anyone could be weird, Me included, but really? A transperant wrinkled plastic shower cap in the pool? WHHHYYYYY???!! Whoever said that was okay?????
Also a side note to acknowledge all the hard work of blogshop girls who paint on their faces in this crazy humidity and pose all over the place looking astoundingly crazy just to get a good pic. As a joke, I might try one of those poses in London just to embarrass the VU to death. Heh
So here’s my commitment to blog about the many weird and wonderful things we are sure to come across over the next 4 weeks.
I’ll try and take sneaky pics – which I haven’t to date… Despite seeing what appeared to be a Chinese version of a Dutch milk maid crossing the roads at blanga street… To make up for it, here’s the husband being completely at ease with a hair dryer and a bright pink bikini top. Yup, that’s us drying our clothes before checking out. Lol
